Warpcast's fixed fee was a little high for low cost mints like @moshicam. We now use a variable fee for mints under ~$3 USD. 

This applies everywhere: you may see a small discount on @zora mints too.

probably below, but it's calculated in USD terms so fluctuates with the ETH/USD exchange rate
