food prep: hi-protein egg bowls mix in glass bowl: - 1 egg - 1/2 cup egg whites - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese - 2 turkey sausages (cut up small) - spinach - bell peppers - onions - any other vegetables - salt and pepper to taste bake in oven. refrigerate. reheat in oven. top w/ green onions.
