Trying a 7 day beef only diet. Today was day 1. Anyone who has done this before have any tips or advice?

Technically also including butter olive oil salt and pepper, only drinking water

Day 3 cooked this 3 pound flap steak. Not a cut I’ll be buying again this week but not bad. Had around 2 pounds today.

I love Researching New Projects and Learn about them.

olive oil and salt on ninja electric grill 8 minutes per side, nothing special, would ordinarily add pepper and butter but excluding both for this week
