Family friend in tradfi wants me to invest 6-figures of money for him in crypto. 

How would you allocate it?

60% BTC
30% ETH
2% SOL
1% MATIC + 1% or less per allocation in a long tail of others depending on how long a tail you want to do, ones like ZEC, ATOM, AVAX, NEAR, DOT, HNT, ENS, etc… those 7 at 1% get you to 100% with a relatively short long tail.

The underlying strategy here is to make a coin agnostic bet that is generically pro-crypto, making roughly market-weighted allocations within reason so that regardless of who the power law winners are you put enough chips on the table to win regardless of outcome, if crypto wins.

I like the sound of this a lot and it generally mimics my personal crypto portfolio allocation (though have more of a balance of BTC and ETH)
