- 1 lb fresh fish / shrimp
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Marinate Fish: Combine fish with lime and lemon juice in a bowl. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
2. MixAdd onion, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado, salt, and pepper.
