Today I Learned

Japanese ppl take their sunscreen very seriously. They carry it around on keychains and reapply constantly. 

So on a recent visit, I bought up a bunch of different sunscreens to sample back home and immediately noticed how much better they were than any of the American stuff I’ve ever used. 

Turns out it’s not just in my head.

I’m buying Korean ones - not sure if companies had to adapt them for the US but they are still so much better

It’s wild how much noticeably better they are tbh. And cheaper. 

Idk where to get them tho. I have a flight attendant friend who brings me stuff when she goes, maybe start there?

Wow I had no idea. I use sunscreen a TON too. Where can I get some bemotizinol sunscreens that are imported but not fakes?

i’m still cycling through them all, but currently on Nature Republic and really love how light it feels for how strong it is. a certain Nivea one is a cult favorite, but i didn’t buy that one unforch.
