a friend called to let me know her mom was recently diagnosed with cancer. devastating news that no one wants to get. i sent her this "Cancer Plan of Attack: A quick guide for those newly diagnosed with cancer." it was written years ago by the most radiant soul i've ever known. christa was truly a beacon of light and positivity. she was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer and needed to transform her life around on a dime. before she passed, she asked us all to share this info widely to anyone suffering from cancer, as well as their loved ones. it's got great tips on purging your kitchen, building a support team, and staying centered. i found it helpful in knowing how to best show up for my loved ones suffering from this awful disease. ideally, no one ever needs to read this doc. but in the event you find yourself needing to, i hope you find some comfort in it. please share it if you find it helpful. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U0AGT8zf81Az_Ql7pAp_9u_bb3HNoshEgYVbaw0yXh0/edit?tab=t.0

let me know if you want a "diet plan". I can't promise anything as I don't know the type of cancer or the stage she's at. But it worked for my mom. No snake oil stuff. Nothing radical.
