an internal memo from the CEO of shopify is making the rounds. he says: 1) Using AI is now a fundamental expectation of everyone at shopify 2) AI must be a part of their prototype phases 3) AI usage will be added to performance and peer review questionnaires 4) Learning is self-directed, but share what you learn 5) Teams need to consider AI before asking for more headcount & resources 6) All of the above applies to everyone in the company, including c-suite

I'm kinda surprised it has taken so long for CEOs to communicate this. The tech isn't really "new" at this point and if your organization can't adapt to tech that is a few years old at this point, NGMI.
