hi i have a question. if something is triggering you again and again and again, like it’s the same situation repeatedly and you find yourself reacting badly to it even though you don’t want to, are you supposed to remove the trigger from your life or keep trying to find ways to get over it? yes, i realize this is really vague, but maybe it will resonate with someone who has an answer

You’re supposed to remove yourself from the situation my issue, though is I become more enslaved to my own idiosyncrasies and inability to even support the move and then go in a vicious circle of a downward spiral. In those cases it’s finding ways of removing yourself somehow mentally, and work on walking away when those situations arise and hope with those small changes, it can create a larger shift. And here I am with tears coming from my eyes all I’m saying this right now. Mind you this is dictated to my phone. I tried to do a curse review hopefully this makes sense and resonates with you.
