You don't have to do many of these things (they're abstracted away in services like Stripe, Riskified, etc). It literally takes 5 minutes to start a Shopify store. Real big issues still remain, e.g. returns, inventory management/planning, getting customers etc. Onchain solves none of that :)

inventory: the benefits of using the blockchain for data storage are significant and underrated. for example managing inventory onchain removes the need to keep internal and third party solutions in sync and manually handle inconsistencies

getting customers: onchain commerce provides much stronger incentives for users than trad checkout

and things will only get better over time :)
