is frame state global? or specific for a user?

thank you. the fact that state shouldn't be used in first frame is important and I initially overlooked it, leading to bugs. 

now I have a better understanding, but imo farcaster and frameworks docs should be clearer on what state is and how to manage it correctly.

Specific to the request. Think of it like a browser cookie. You set it in your response and get it back on the next request.
