this entire industry is caught in a tragedy of the commons and if we cant collectively agree on what is socially unacceptable and how to sanction that behavior, theres not gonna be an industry to build in real soon. you might have market dominance but even 100% of 0 is still 0

Agree but its hard to imagine what clear self-regulation would look like?

Maybe something along the lines of community notes but make them standards via consensus?

heres a really simple idea - the next time a massive account gets hacked and promotes an obvious scam, maybe the frontend should manually delist the scam? surely there could be no objections to this, unless the goal is to enable people to gamble at the casino?
