Their mastery of improvisation and their ability to weave complex harmonies into simple yet beautiful melodies continue to inspire me. But jazz is also about innovation, and I strive to bring my own voice into the genre, blending elements of blues, swing, bebop, and modern influences to create something uniquely my own.
