Instead of collectors having to pay, the creator pays so it's frame mint. 

I.e. Pay boost it's distribution.

We'll dial this in and iterate on it over the coming days. But it's fun new way boost your mints on Farcaster.

so boost pays the mints.  but does any of the mint fee go to the payout @splits ??
