was there ever an announcement about the zora l2 being deprecated. at least, it seems like it has been, but no official word? what happens to the art over there

It's not deprecated. Everything created on their still exists and is accessible on the app and website. The network is also going through an upgrade next week to get Fault Proofs. We've set Base as the default for the latest version since that's where the majority of activity is happening right now.

what's the future hold for it? not sure what other conclusion to draw when zora doesn't release their new protocol on their own chain.
