Decided I want to be more active in this channel. Over the last 19 weeks 1) I’ve eaten the same thing everyday (easiest way to track macros) 2) work out everyday (mainly strength training) 3) at least 10k steps per day All bc I joined a group chat called crypto skinnies with some friends

It’s called the autistic diet ! This was it during the cut (most of the time) Bulking salad is swapped out with rice high quantities of everything else + oats It tastes far better than one can imagine!
