first cook was technically seasoning it. and then I made a beef noodle stir fry to kick it off (literally 30 minutes ago) got any favorite recipes I should try?

beef stir-fried with basil and chili padi.. just a bit of fish sauce or soy sauce

awesome! been trying to learn and get better at it to remember my grandma, but she used to make a mean shaking beef (thịt bò lúc lắc). it’s a french inspired vietnamese dish.

Nice! Kenji’s book is an amazing resource for this. Check out his Kung Pao chicken recipe and stick around for the basic technique. You can make a bunch of variations from that one dish. Then, def go for kimchi fried rice and kimchi pancakes
