Interview AI (aka Sorting Hat): Imagine an AI purpose built to determine someone’s intelligence and their uniquely best abilities then rank them amongst all other interviewees. It can determine this with increasing accuracy over a 1 minute, 15 minute or 1 hour conversation. What questions would it be asking?

why do you need to ask if it’s proven this stuff will lean into accessible data. the framing turns it manual

why not both? for the sake of the original exercise it was assuming that it could only do it with the allotted conversation time, not all existing data. Agreed that it’s not necessarily needed in the case you described. Although it may not help find someone’s optimum talents (the person may not even know)

it will be both i just assume you come from being interviewed or doing it and i fucking hate the process and don’t even know how to code on a whiteboard my whole thing rn is identity ai, so i think it will know more about us than we were ever expecting.. the special case is harry
