Interview AI (aka Sorting Hat):

Imagine an AI purpose built to determine someone’s intelligence and their uniquely best abilities then rank them amongst all other interviewees. 

It can determine this with increasing accuracy over a 1 minute, 15 minute or 1 hour conversation. 

What questions would it be asking?

btw OpenAI, deepseek etc already have good approximations of this based on prompts.

This sounds about the same kind of experiment that puts kids in front of marshmallows and tell them not to eat them if they want twice as much later… and then concluding the kids who wait outperforms every other later in life…
