I’ve come to appreciate how good post-meal walks are. 15 minute walk after lunch stops me feeling sluggish in the afternoon. Great after dinner too but harder to do with routine sometimes

yeah nice. im happy if i have the time for 30min, and that seems to be a lot better than 15min.
