On /farcaster and /warpcast channels

Need to figure out how best to handle these. A lot of people want to join them, but people abuse the channels for distribution. Don’t want to spend time moderating right now.

Depends on what the current scale of abuse of channels is but at least a CS department could field complaints about it and not have you spending any time on the matter. Fielding every big complaint as the founder is potentially a suboptimal use of time as well!
