An interesting variation on a builder-oriented token launcher:

1. Launch token

2. Anyone can buy

3. No one can sell until X date years in the future

4. Founding team allocation has an additional X date + Y months after the unlock

We really dropped the ball letting the dumb slow government create the rules for disclosure/best practices in finance. 

The crypto community should have formulated our own gold standard practices and something like the EF could be given a stamp of approval to vett tokens and clear all the high quality transparent ones.  Then as a community we could enforce with our own transparent gold standard whitelist.
