Its somewhat of a toss up. Its technically not defunct at all, it just has a borrower that is large, and cannot ever pay back its money. They still had the collateral last time I checked, but the current LTV of outstanding loans algorithmically makes rates on Iron Bank high.

It does need new lenders to help close the gap and lower rates, but with investment and market making opportunities elsewhere, why would you do it?
