I’m halfway through s2 of The Bear and it’s one of the best seasons of television I’ve ever watched. It’s mind-blowingly great. the characters are all great, the writing and cinematography are great, and each episode tries something a little different. masterful. also hiro murai is goated

s1 is good, and finishes great. but have to get to s2

Top of my list for when I have some more free time.

it’s definitely not as linear narratively, nor ‘can’t-stop-watching’ plot-driven. but I think it’s masterful stuff

agreed on s1e7 though

i’m halfway through S2, and I just find it so boring? S1 was amazing, and I don’t think I will ever forget the second to last episode of it

i really loved how s2 changed pace and focus from s1. taking the time to focus on every characters’ story was a brilliant choice
