I love watching movies with my kids but it's physically exhausting because I have to answer questions the whole time

It's more like me telling a story and generally explaining the world with visual aids

I like taking the preemptive approach; I ask them what they think is gonna happen next so they start having this dialogue internally

I do enjoy the active participation and clearly it’s meeting/exceeding his ability to comprehend which is way better than just vegging out

I just get tired 😂

I feel you so hard on the tired - I miss weekends of sleeping in
