Managing engineers is so weird

They can solve complex gigabrain technical problems but they are like children who need guidance on basic life tasks and social situations

😆 as engineering managers, i guess they also have to be life coach. our EM is going to a conference with a few other engineers cause he knows otherwise they won't really talk to anyone else..
