What do you do on days where you really just aren’t feeling it? How do you bring focus/motivation? Asking for a friend 😅

I'll do an abbreviated workout only high impact lifts for my performance goals e.g. chest/triceps day with a bench press goal, maybe I'll just do the bench press and go home Important to keep momentum and routine. Showing up to the gym and not even lifting (e.g. hitting the sauna instead) is better than doing nothing

That’s what I did this morning. Got in DL and bench but skipped rows, OHP and abs Probably gonna go back and finish it later, but at least I did something!
