Christmas Plan:

I’m in charge of the meats. Doing a smoked brisket and prime rib. 

Just put in the prime rib - got 4+ hours left. Woke up at 3 am to start the brisket, it’s been going for 8 hours. Hoping to finish both at the same time. 

What does everyone else have on deck for Christmas? Anyone else in charge of the meats?
