would be good to wipe the bots from follower counts 

what would you think if you were new here & saw an outsized number of accounts with 50,000+ followers getting 1-5 likes per post?

I’d counter that with generally improving the feed. As a feed gets more algorithmic, it will tend less to show posts that won’t get engagement. If you’re using following tab and seeing posts from someone you don’t necessarily want to see, you can always prune that follow anyway

i’ve heard a lot of people use this as a dunk point, specifically bc people here tend to have a small fraction of the followers on x

Tbh it’s much more rampant on X and it’s something that you’d more actively have to search for without getting auto followed to a ghost account to find
