I don’t cook jollof rice or frankly any African cuisine, but the owner of an Ethiopian/Eritrean food truck mentioned this issue with spice sourcing

Ohh, i see Thing about the jollof is, every African country has a different way of preparing theirs, so i guess his requires burberry I’m sure there are some spices i may not get over there too, but you can always make it work
