We’re not just another coin—DEGEN is the most held token on Base after WETH and USDC, and it’s one of the few you can actually earn. That’s still pretty unique. Tipping hasn’t really changed much, so curious what shifted for you—just a few months ago you were all in. Seems like a lot of people were more excited when the price was up and it was easy to take profits.

Totally agree things have slowed. We’re still growing in wallet holders, but yeah, momentum dipped. Hiring devs should help us pick it back up.

Early on, tipping worked great because rewards were high and Farcaster was growing. Now the value’s lower, and for high time-value users, it’s not worth the hoops. But others still engage — especially where a few dollars go further.

We just need to refocus and build again.

Still a supporter and holder. Will always appreciate DEGEN and what you’ve been able to accomplish with it alongside the community.

With that said, I would like to see DEGEN’s distribution leveraged for more experiments

Biggest change is that DEGEN doesnt seem to be growing and the everchanging details around tipping,staking, etc make it hard to keep uo even for people who have been engaged, let alone anybody new
