1. Create an Ethereum address with required ANON balance

2. Hook it up to 33bits

3. Allow anyone that qualifies for 33bits to post zk to the Ethereum address that then does the zk proof on Anoncast

Note 2: it takes a long time to cast on @anoncast, be patient 
Note 3: best part is to build with @fastfourier.eth again. we launched @33bits exactly 1 year ago (November 21 2023).
