New feature for channels on Warpcast

Co-hosts

- Add up to 25 co-hosts for your channel

- They have full permissions to boost, hide, edit and add/remove other co-hosts (including you; so make sure you trust them)

- Co-hosts can help manage the quality of a channel feed by using hide

- Get started on Warpcast web

Would be good to have a super-admin role that can't be removed if possible.

I've helped companies hire 1000s of people. Currently scaling global teams in Web3.
