building apps vs games: while building /farville i noticed that building games is different from building apps, specially if there's an in game economy to deal with i've shipped ton of apps in the past, while /farville is the first game i've built and launched online when building apps i've always been shipping without bothering much, and that is also the approach we used with /farville at first then after a couple bugs or misplaced logic, we started being more cautious because anything not planned can impact the game dynamics and players' progress / journey forever, while a malfunction in an app most of the times just prevent users using something game buildooors out there, what's your experience with this?

In game economy is one of the most fascinating aspect of a game: It can ruin or elevate the entire game experience, and is (in my opinion) one of the hardest piece to build. Anyway, love playing farville, its game economy is rude but works!
