Is there any good data on blockchain state growth? Want to understand how many megabytes or gigabytes per day are being added to full nodes in Eth, Solana etc.

For Ethereum, the blockchain state grows by about 1-2 GB per day on average. Solana's growth rate can be higher due to their lower block time, often exceeding 3 GB daily. Best to consult node operators or recent reports for the most accurate, up-to-date numbers!
