Full time since Sep 2022.

We were pulled in by the problems in the market. Kept doing discovery with companies/funds to understand what they were trying to accomplish and couldn't.

Started building a solution in Apr 2023, having discerned its critical parts.

Will be launching throughout 2 quarters of this year.

We hired a legal team (two actually, one for capital markets support - Pillsbury; the other for getting our licenses - led by a former branch chief that used to regulate NASDAQ with the SEC).

The rest is to be hired. 🥲
