I found my first full time job from the Surge Women job board in 2020. Before that I was contributing to DAOs and doing other freelance work.  I’ve been full time ever since. 

I had no idea a working in crypto was an option until early 2020 when a friend in the space encouraged me to transition to full time.

when you got the job, did you share your linkedin, resume, etc or just onchain + discord stuff? or just interview?

Yes! I’m in both but I’m most involved in Boy’s Club. 

When I applied for that job, I shared both my traditional resume and my onchain creds. A part of my interview process was creating memes for crypto Twitter, too 

For my current job, I airdropped my cover letter as a mirror NFT 😅
