“Our” way isn’t really American. America was likely the biggest  symbol for the values you mention in recent history. But America also has a history of slavery, imperialism, and at the end of the day is a self interested nation. 

I’d rather fight for those values without any nationalistic motives or beliefs.

This is why I am in Web3. The Internet is the frontier, the same way America was the frontier in the 1600s. 

We are headed towards a new era of those values being given to more than just one major nation.

i also do love our physical land as a nation. it’s glorious and beautiful and worth fighting for
