who was a pivotal person that changed the trajectory of your professional career? for me it was my design mentor, David T, in boulder, who ultimately got me into google in SF via referral who's your David T? there is no /icebreaker without meeting him at my internship 🥲

My uncle who used to bring me along to work at events since I was ~14 Event production pros have insane work ethic, incredible resilience & overall lovely people Back to back 18-20 hour days, traveling up and down the country/across the world and mostly with a smile (and probably some form of stimulant 😂) I ended up doing it for a few years while in college (mostly summer gigs and a couple of conferences in between) Definitely molded my work ethic & perspective on whats possible when a small room of people coordinate to make something big happen for 80k+ people
