Okay fuck NFTs and fuck web3 tonight. I want to talk about books. What are you reading? What do you recommend? I'm deep into Cheap Land Colorado right now. Amazing book that truly is reshaping the way I think about the world.

Just finished reading 'Move your DNA by Katy Bowman' She teaches ways to emulate ancestral movements throughout the day. We weren't meant to walk on even surfaces, sit down on chairs, wear shoes etc. I'm waiting for Peter Attia's 'Outlive' this March

Sounds interesting and tracks with what I know as a physiotherapist. I’ve been reading ‘The myth of Normal’ by Gabor Matte. It’s a bit long-winded, but fascinating discussion on mind-body connections based on clinical practice and research.

Very cool. I've been meaning to get into Mate's works but yeah his prose is too long winded, takes effort to find the insights in the wall of text. Need more patience on my end. I tried reading "When the Body says no"
