Google will no longer phase out third-party cookies. This piece by The Drum runs through the details. At this point, Apple is the main major player that has phased out third-party cookies (mainly with the iOS 14.5 update). Any suggestion on why this phasing out decision was reversed? https://www.thedrum.com/news/2024/07/22/shock-decision-google-abandons-third-party-cookie-deprecation-plans

Sui’s ZkLogin feature is pretty cool, where you could login to a an app with your email without the app knowing your email. Seems like you could also transact without needing to connect a wallet. Is this feature Unique to Sui?

Thank you for the breakdown @novak . Seems like we now have DAO frameworks in the Marshall Islands, Switzerland, UAE, Wyoming and looks like the UK is on its way. Any other jurisdictions?

The Law Commission of the United Kingdom just published a huge paper (289 pages) on DAOs today. It's really good, but unbearably long. For all of you with TikTok attention spans, I've got some goodies for you:

The world of Digital Marketing must be now spending a tonne of money managing cookies banners, attribution, data discrepancies, third party cookies, consent management… Are you noticing a similar trend? Whilst 'digital ownership' may well change the whole landscape (so that none of the above is required), are there any signals out there in the web2 world where marketers are starting to go back the drawing board?

Hey Casters, this new channel explores how marketing technology (Martech) works in an onchain world: privacy, cookies phasing out, advertising, messaging and so on!

DePIN as an industry could unlock a new and huge market (a Blue Ocean). These factors seem to be contributing to the case for DePIN: - Lower usage costs - Speed, especially if nodes are close to the edges - Decentralisation, and enhanced security - Enhanced privacy Anything else?

Cookies -> NFT's is interesting. Is this essentially saving data in composable NFT's?
