First thing with a new bike: get it properly fitted. The best components don't mean much if the fit is off. It looks solid as is, but +1 to clipless pedals (though not required). New saddle if the current one isn't comfortable. IMO Shimano 105 components are great, I'd keep those and save the money for the next bike.
