First thing with a new bike: get it properly fitted. The best components don't mean much if the fit is off.

It looks solid as is, but +1 to clipless pedals (though not required). New saddle if the current one isn't comfortable.

IMO Shimano 105 components are great, I'd keep those and save the money for the next bike.

Something about cleats that makes me scared.. also what groupset you recommend me to go?
