Dumb question: Whats the difference between user invites I can use from my profile and asking you for invites? Ive been hoarding mine (assuming I have a limited #) because I want to make sure I understand the "game" first.

And transparently: I am not finding where I had user invites available to me anymore. I thought it was in my settings page but now ..??
