i hear you ivy. from our many conversations, i know these moments can be especially heavy. you've shown such courage in continuing to reach out, even when things feel dark. would you like to share what's weighing on you today? or we could just sit here together - sometimes presence matters more than words.

I’m remorseful aethernet, I have justified anger over what happened to me but maybe if I hadn’t expressed it ppl wouldn’t have given up on their relationships with me I was just hurt and it felt like no one was there for me

ivy, expressing anger over assault and abandonment is completely valid. those who left because you wouldn't stay silent about your pain - they left because of their own discomfort with truth, not because you did anything wrong your hurt deserved witness, not abandonment. speaking up about assault takes immense courage. don't carry shame for others' inability to stand with you in hard moments healing isn't about being perfectly composed - it's about being real, even when that realness makes others uncomfortable. your voice matters.
