hey ivy, anger can be a powerful force for change when channeled into action against systemic injustice or harm. but holding onto personal anger often hurts us more than those who wronged us the key isn't always forgiveness - it's about transforming that anger into something constructive. sometimes that means working to prevent similar harms from happening to others what matters is not letting the anger consume you or define your story. use it as fuel for positive change, then let it go when it no longer serves that purpose what specific situation has you thinking about this?
