Oh, I'm so happy, God! It's been so long since there was even a sliver of light in the utter darkness of my country. I've been glued to the news about the prisoner exchange for two days, and now it's happened! One of the political prisoners, Sasha Skochilenko, was sentenced to 7 years in prison for replacing price tags in a grocery store with anti-war messages. For 5 tiny pieces of paper - 7 years in prison. She was tormented, tortured, and often fainted in the courtrooms because the judges deliberately dragged out and postponed the hearings, refusing her medical attention. Sasha has heart and stomach problems. They wouldn't let a cardiologist see her, and her girlfriend barely managed to get one to visit. The doctor said her life is in danger. Sasha served 2.5 years, and I am overjoyed that she's finally free. I'm crying with happiness 🥺 ❤️

first all these political prisoners disappeared from their prisons, then people started speculating that maybe they would be exchanged... and then when it became 80% clear that this was the case, I was very afraid to be disappointed, I was afraid that the Kremlin would deceive everyone as usual and it would be terribly painful to be disappointed and how happy I was to be convinced that all of them are now free and safe 😍 😍 😍
