Going in to meet with the SEC Task Force with some folks. 

What are the biggest SEC-related frictions that projects are facing right now and how would you like to see them ameliorated?

Not sure this is SEC’s purview but would love to see certain “interest on stablecoins” exempted

- Howie rule is unclear on the status of users whose participation in a marketplace justifies token rewards
- smart contracts without administrator access need exemption from classification as a pooled investment vehicle
- MPC should be exempted from substantial control if the key holder doesn't have m of n
- new classification for packaged cash flows and contractual indentures when all the cash flows occur programmatically

Can we get work done on making it so every four years the SEC won't completely erase the good that had been done

Everyone who met with the SEC over the last 5 years was rewarded with an investigation.
