Hi guys! Do you think it is necessary to go to yoga and stretching? 🤔 I prefer strength training and don't do it at all. Now I began to think about going to stretching once a week. Or is it better to add cardio?

As a yoga practitioner and a teacher I'd say that stretching is important. Strong muscle is a stretchy and elastic muscle. Did you know that you can both stretch and strengthen your muscles doing only 1 movement at a time?
