major challange is this overwhelemed feeling, el, cl, consensus, evm, eip, co-ordination. This space is huge and scary for new comers.

I listed to ACD calls for ~6 months before I felt I understood what was going on (started live tweeting them to force myself to pay attention 😅). 

Not sure there’s a silver bullet: find a subset of the protocol you care about, immerse yourself in it, and accept it will take a lot of time to learn 😄
