What’s a moment in your life that taught you to be confident? Sometimes the little things can teach us a lot about believing in ourselves. A funny example for me would be my first encounter with a pogo stick in 3rd grade. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to jump more than 2-3 times, while all the other kids made it look easy. That night, I went to bed determined to figure it out. The next day, I was bouncing like a champ. It’s silly but I still think about that day when I am stuck on something. 😂 What about you? Do you have any experiences like this that you remember when facing a challenge?

Getting back on a board after breaking a collar bone and no contact for 6 months. Scared the shit out of me but made me realize that even though I got hurt real bad, I could pick myself up and come back stronger.
